Marie Presti has been a Realtor since 2001, earned her MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and BA at Mount Holyoke College in Math/Computer Science. She specializes in luxury homes, rehabilitations, and multifamily/condominiums. Her real estate designations, including the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) GREEN (Green Agent Designation) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) has given her the skills necessary to artfully market and negotiate on behalf of her clients. Marie is also a Leadership Academy graduate at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and is on the board of Directors of GBAR (Greater Boston Association of Realtors). Recently, she was named one of Boston's top 10 Real Estate Professionals by Women's Business Magazine. She gives back to the community by serving many not for profit organizations including the Newton Rotary Club, Newton Mother's Forum, Newton Historical Society, and many others. She is technology savvy and teaches many real estate classes through Newton, Wellesley, and Needham Community Education Programs.

Fran Presti, Marie’s sister, is her business partner.  Fran has 15 years experience in human resources and customer service.  She received her BS in Human Resources Management/Business Administration from UMASS-Dartmouth and has been living in the Newton and surrounding areas for over 7 years.  She recently received her LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification) and is working on her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certificate.  She is an expert on handling tough personal situations and dealing with crisis.
